We have always worked with technology to drive efficiency and better performance which started with Google scripts in the early 2010’s. Jeez I have been in this industry a long time, that feels like a lifetime ago.
From the moment Steve and I founded Push in 2007, our vision was always to keep our team and clients ahead of their competitors through rapid technological change. Today that means keeping pace with AI!
So, what was it that led to us winning this AI award?

By rigorously testing and perfecting emerging AI technologies before they become mainstream, DIAL ensures that our clients benefit from innovative solutions that drive measurable results.
Our mission is to future-proof our clients marketing efforts, boost ROI, and deliver personalised customer experiences at scale.
DIAL Agents - The Force Multiplier
One of our standout innovations is the DIAL Agent, our AI Account Manager Assistant. Acting as a "Force Multiplier," DIAL Agent is more than just a tool, it’s like a strategic partner. It can remember client interactions, campaign results, and every bit of research, providing our Account Managers with ideas and insights.
This synergy allows our human talent to focus on creativity, while DIAL handles the research and administration, ensuring that every campaign is a success. It also means we can bring ideas to the table faster and launch more quickly. By using our workflows, best practices we have agents for various marketing tasks such as competitor analysis, persona building, creative strategy, paid ads copywriter etc.

DIAL360 - Revolutionising Data Management
Our DIAL360 platform offers a consolidated view of marketing data across platforms, enabling efficient campaign management and detailed insights. This third evolution of our advertising data platform allows for on-demand reporting and analysis, ensuring the team can focus on strategy and making a greater impact. By normalising data across all the platforms, layering AI models has been a game changer for us.
For example by storing ad performance data, we can identify creatives that might need better conversion rates and get suggestions on what to edit.
We also use an AI brand tone feature based on current ads to allow for ad copy ideas to be requested on any campaign, ad group or ad set.

Looking Ahead - The Future of AI in Marketing
As we look to the future, I am excited about the possibilities ahead but also overwhelmed! AI is changing so fast we can’t keep up even with AI to help. Will the AI just take over!
Where does that leave clients and agencies?
I see a world where clients collaborate with our AI agents to review ideas and outputs, building better agency-brand partnerships. Our new upcoming workflow innovations, such as using image ads to create video scripts with AI actors, is pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
Winning this award is a rewarding milestone, reminiscent of our first Google award for best customer satisfacton in EMEA. But this is just the beginning. As we continue to innovate, we are going to aim for more accolades in the AI space. Thanks to Yannis Moskachlaidis (MD) and Elena Mathiou-Rose (Commercial Director).
